The Great Oaks Hospice Summer Fayre is back, and we’re getting ready for a wonderful afternoon of entertainment, family fun and community spirit at The Gorse.

We’re delighted to welcome back Julie and Amanda, the Teddy Bear Ladies from BBC’s The Repair Shop, for the second year running. They’ll be joining us as our special guests and helping us get this year’s Summer Fayre underway.

Across the afternoon there’ll be live music, plenty of stalls to browse, games and activities for the family, delicious food, plus all-important tea, coffee and cake. And prepare to be amazed as Magic Martin brings a little magic to the afternoon with a special show that should have children and grown-ups wondering, “How did he do that?”

You’ll also be able to discover some of the wellbeing activities connected with Great Oaks, including complementary therapy taster sessions and Qigong, with plenty more happening throughout the grounds.

Best of all, entry is completely FREE, so bring the family, meet up with friends and spend a summer Sunday with us while supporting your local hospice.
